RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:Advance reservations required. Bookings should take place at least 10 days prior to departure date to ensure availability. Cars may be reserved by category only by specific model. Please record car category. Reservations will be confirmed by email within 48 hours. HOTELS & ITINERARY CHANGES:Triple and quadruple rooms usually contain 2 queen beds and rol-laways are usually available at extra charge payable directly to the hotel by the passengers. MTC HOTUR reserves the right to change or sub¬stitute at any time: hotels, types of transportation and/or itineraries whenever necessary for operational reasons. PRICES & RATES:All prices & rates published in this catalogue are commissionable to Travel Professionals ,Travel Agents and Tour Operators . MTC HOTUR reserves the right to change the rates without notice, while we will try to keep any increases to a minimum at the time of a quotation or concrete reservation. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:Deposits will be required for Groups at time of contracting . Full payment must be received by MTC HOTUR at least 10 days prior to passengers arrival date. No pay¬ment may result in automatic cancellation, and automatic cancel¬lation fees will be charged.

Cancellations:
29 - 10 days prior to departure- 35% of the total price.
10-1 days prior to departure- 50% of the total price.
No-shows on the day of arrival – 100% of first night .
These charges will be in addition to any cancellation and/or change fees assessed by hotels and/or car rentals and/or airlines. SIGHTSEEING AND EXCURSIONS:Sightseeing and excursions, admissions, entrances are highlighted where available. Certain restrictions may apply with regard to time of day, day of week and season of year.
CAR RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
One-day minimum rental period. Rate charged is the rate in effecton the day of pick-up, regardless of season change. Similar or larger cars may be substituted. No rental can exceed thirty days onone rental agreement and separate vouchers must be issued for rentals over thirty days. Cash deposit customer requirements not AGE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum age for car rental is 25. Valid driver’s license required. Additional charge of US$10.00 per day for primary drivers under 25. In addition, additional driver fee of US$ 5.50 per day will apply. | | INFANT SEATS:Infant seats are required by law in most states and must be re¬quested in advance. The charge for an infant seat is US$ 6.50 per day, payable locally. Third party liability:
Third party liability coverage included in the basic rental rate is US$ 100.00 per person up to a maximum of US$ 300.00 per accident, plus property damage coverage. Additional extended coverage is also available at a minimum charge per day.
FUEL:All cars are provided with a full tank of fuel. There is an optional up-front fuel charge if the customer desires to return the car with an empty tank. Otherwise a re-fueling charge will be applied if the car is not returned with a full tank. One way rentals:
One way rentals may be confirmed in advance and may be subject to drop charges, except within Florida, California or Texas.
DRIVING AREAS:Cars may be driven in any state of the U.S.A. Cars may also be driv¬en into Canada from any location but must be returned to a Car rental location in the U.S.A. Florida tax surcharge:
Florida State tax surcharge of US$ 2.00 per day, payable locally. This is additional to the 6% Florida sales tax and is applicable to all car rental companies in Florida.
CHILDREN POLICY :On many vacation packages children under 16 are free in the hotel room when accompanied by a full paying adult(s). Check with our reservation sales agent for specific terms and conditions of each hotel. Air fare for children is additional; contact the MTC HOTUR reservation office for details. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 can¬not be accepted.
DOCUMENTS:Any paper document required will be sent via UPS approximately 10 days prior to de¬parture provided full payment has been received. A charge of US$ 45.00 will be added for this service . In general documents are eletronic and will be no need for this services at all.
REFUNDS:Any refund must be substantiated with acceptable proof of the ser¬vice unused in order to be processed. No refunds will be given for NO SHOWS, or when the passengers change their itineraries and reservations without our direct knowledge.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE:Airport porterage, transfers from/to airport on arrival and depar¬ture, unless otherwise specified, tips to tour directors, drivers, inci¬dentals and any item of a personal nature such as telephone calls, laundry and entrance fees unless specifically mentioned as in¬cluded in day-to-day itinerary.
RESPONSABILITY:MTC HOTUR acts only as an agent and does not manage or con¬trol the supliers, and therefore does not assume any liability for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may oc¬cur during the clients travel time directly or indirectly arranged by our organization.
MTC HOTUR reserves the right to vary package inclusions and withdraw hotels based on unforeseen conditions beyond control which we deem necessary for the convenience of all parties.
